JAMES ROACH, AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR COMPANY

Motor Company has joined the I-CAR International Board of Directors as a Board
Member.

James Roach has been part of the collision inter-industry for
over thirty years and has been employed by American Honda Motor Company since
1978. Currently, Mr. Roach is Senior Vice President – Parts and Service Division
of American Honda Motor Company. He manages a workforce exceeding 2,000
employees which are geographically placed throughout 18 locations in the United
States. Mr. Roach oversees the areas of automobile customer service, parts and
accessories marketing, service marketing, parts inventory procurement and
distribution, technical operations, and the improvement of Lifetime Owner
Loyalty and CSI for both Honda and Acura automobile customers. He is also
responsible for the distribution of service parts and accessories for

Mr. Roach has successfully integrated four previously separate business

Hoffman Estates, IL – April 21, 2011 – I-CAR, the Inter-Industry
Conference on Auto Collision Repair, has announced it has surpassed teaching its
three millionth student. I-CAR was founded in 1979 and is a not-for-profit
organization focused on helping the collision repair inter-industry achieve a
high level of technical training. The organization celebrated its achievement by
awarding the three millionth I-CAR student, Kenneth Kloncz of Golden State
Collision Center-Yuba City, with admission to three future I-CAR classes, as

• First, a revision of all pre-class reading material list, including handouts  for each session, brochures, training survey forms, and  securitized analysis  report templates that will be worked on in each session.

• Disclaimer for California Civil Code 2924.1, (CA State Assembly Bill No.  2325), including preparation of waiver form disclaimer for each student.
• CFLA will provide an electronic securitized analysis report template for  each student.
• Overhead projector and PowerPoint type presentation slide show sequence.   Including the live video of the Massachusetts Supreme Court hearing.
• Important to “define” the purpose of the investigation of the mortgage  background to determine whether securitization has been followed by the terms of  the PSA/prospectus.
• Divide sessions into SIX (6) segments for the first two days which model the  six sections of the SAR.
• At the end of the second day, the student will take home a securitized  analysis report assignment to prepare using a CFLA template.
• On the third day instructors will provide video education to all students  while separately meeting with each student to review the securitized analysis  report prepared by the student and answer individual questions.
• On the last half of the third day the student will prepare a securitized  analysis report in class as a practical examination to be certified by  CFLA.

SEMA SHOW 2011

Hoffman Estates, IL – September 19, 2011 – I-CAR, the
Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, will return to the SEMA Show
2011, November 1 – 4, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Throughout the week,
I-CAR will offer eight collision repair training opportunities, including some
of its newest programs introduced in 2011. The training programs offered at the
show will provide attendees with updates on current vehicle design, new vehicle
manufacturer recommendations, and “how-to” information on efficiently repairing
vehicles. A full list of I-CAR training being offered at the SEMA Show 2011 can
be found below.

To give a preview of the types of training that I-CAR provides, I-CAR will be
offering free informational sessions to all SEMA Show 2011 attendees. Sessions
